"My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at this exquisite spa, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by the warm and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make our day special. The ambiance is serene and beautifully designed, creating an atmosphere of complete relaxation and luxury. We indulged in a couples massage that was heavenly, followed by some time in the private sauna and relaxation areas. Every detail was perfect – from the soothing music to the selection of essential oils personalized for us. The spa's amenities are impeccable, and the treatments are delivered by highly skilled therapists who make sure you leave feeling rejuvenated and cherished. This spa truly exceeded our expectations, making our anniversary celebration a memorable one. If you’re looking for a luxurious, tranquil escape to celebrate a special occasion, I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. We can’t wait to return!"

The food was delicious and healthy; gourmet vegan (although a protein is always offered if desired). The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay wonderful! The room was tastefully appointed and extremely comfortable. The hotel and grounds are very well maintained, lush and beautiful. The only caveat is that they are expanding the hotel so the construction noise is quite unsettling during the day. This was disappointing given that this was meant to be a serene wellness escape! Apparently the construction will be finished by May 2025.

My husband and I spent a week at The Retreat in a luxury loft. It was life changing! We experienced healing from the meals to the spa treatments to the mountainous hikes. Executive Chef Sergio prepared Michelin restaurant level of meals and the wait staff such as Jose served it perfectly. I can keep eating some of my favorite foods because of the cooking lessons from the heavier set female chef. We especially enjoyed the Spa. I received Vida Abhyanga Equilibrium treatment from Amal Michael that was exceptional. His knowledge and expertise transformed my body from being stiff to pain free and limber. Shaveta’s “Self Love” workshop and praynyama classes gave me new insights into myself and breathing skills. Cynthia’s yoga classes were also extraordinary! I can go on and on about our experience but will stop for now. I highly recommend you go and see for yourself.
